This treatment includes active release massage where your therapist on a few occasions will be asking you to work with them to release and close the joint.

Your neck, shoulders and chest will need to be exposed for this treatment.

Some hairline massage techniques are included so oil will by used on your hair.

We appreciate that life can be unpredictable and you may sometimes need to cancel appointments. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund. Anything cancelled within less than 48 hours will recieve a 75% refund.

If you fail to show up to your appointment on the day, a full charge will be incurred.

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, if you are more than 10 minutes late we will unfortunately have to deduct this time from your treatment
