Reiki is a deeply relaxing treatment which can help to reduce stress and enhance the bodies ability to self heal. It creates the space for you to switch from your daily thoughts, set an intention for how you'd like to feel, and walk out the door feeling lighter.
Reiki is carried out while you're fully clothed and can be done as a gentle hands on or hands off treatment making it an excellent option if you're looking for something less tactile.

Reiki is carried out while lying down and fully clothed. To ensure that your treatment is as enjoyable as possible come wearing something comfortable, loose clothing is ideal. When you enter a state of deep relaxation your temperature tends to drop. so socks and a layers are great extras to bring for added warmth.
If you're coming alone with something in mind that you'd like to focus on, then consider setting an intention for your treatment before you arrive.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy
We appreciate that life can be unpredictable and you may sometimes need to cancel appointments. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund. Anything cancelled within less than 48 hours will recieve a 75% refund.
If you fail to show up to your appointment on the day, a full charge will be incurred.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, if you are more than 10 minutes late we will unfortunately have to deduct this time from your treatment
