For your treatment you will be asked to remove clothing from your top half. Towels will be provided to cover you.

Ahead of your treatment please consider if you have any areas you would like to concentrate on most, where you hold tension, and whether your focus is on relaxation or relief for muscle tension.

It is beneficial if you arrive to wearing no make up and are prepared that there may be oil gets into your hair.

We appreciate that life can be unpredictable and you may sometimes need to cancel appointments. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund. Anything cancelled within less than 48 hours will recieve a 75% refund.

If you fail to show up to your appointment on the day, a full charge will be incurred.

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, if you are more than 10 minutes late we will unfortunately have to deduct this time from your treatment
