At 30 minutes this express, yet deeply relaxing, treatment includes massage of the hand, lower arm, foot and leg. Full of nerve endings, the hands and feet are particularly receptive to massage making this treatment very impactful for calming and regulating the nervous system.
During this treatment we work with reflex points to increase relaxation & address any specific issues, as well as incorporating lymphatic drainage techniques.

We appreciate that life can be unpredictable and you may sometimes need to cancel appointments. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund. Anything cancelled within less than 48 hours will recieve a 75% refund.
If you fail to show up to your appointment on the day, a full charge will be incurred.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment, if you are more than 10 minutes late we will unfortunately have to deduct this time from your treatment
