Today we have launched our first face mask, the GLOW MASK. This beautiful fragrant powder is designed to brighten, revive and polish your skin.
When we began developing the Glow Mask we were looking to create a mask that would be a real pick-me-up, something you could turn to throughout the week when your skin needs that extra love. We wanted it to really boost radiance, and resurface the skin gently. Finally, the Glow Mask was born.
We've blended a base of cacao and rhassoul clay with ascorbyl glucoside, a potent skin-loving form of Vitamin C that is not only a powerful antioxidant but is also an exceptional skin brightener and a must have ingredient for improving skin tone.
We've also included aloe vera for a softening, soothing touch, and inulin, a prebiotic that is derived from chicory root. This prebiotic inulin is a very exciting addition as it feeds the good bacterias in your skin's microbiome. Your skin's microbiome is made up of thousands of bacteria and its condition plays a big role in how healthy and strong the skin barrier is. We've spoken a lot in the past about respecting the skin barrier and microbiome when we have spoken about gentle, oil based cleansing. The addition of inulin in the Glow Mask is taking this to the next level, literally feeding your skin with goodness.
